Acquisitions & Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners recently acquired a 36,000 SF warehouse on 6.76 acres at 9516 Hamburg Road in Ladson, SC. The deal was facilitated by Tyler Smith of JLL, who collaborated with Brandon Johnson and Kyle Earley from Catalyst’s team. The property is located in the Charleston, SC market.

ACQUISITION: CanTex acquired a 15,000 SF industrial outdoor storage (IOS) building on 4.51 acres at 1809 John McCain Rd in Colleyville, TX. The secured site features shop and office space and is strategically located near TX-114, TX-121, and DFW Airport. Liam Wagner and Luke Nolan of Younger Partners worked on the deal.

ACQUISITION: Capital Real Estate Commercial acquired a 22,000 SF industrial property at 11301 Boudreaux Road in Tomball, TX. The buyer was represented by Troup Rolland, Carson Deer, and Matt Cooper, while Derick Perkins of Alpine Partners represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS has closed on a 13.4-acre industrial service facility located at 56–58R Pulaski Street in Peabody, MA. The 11,700 SF property includes six 14'x16' drive-in doors, 22-foot clear heights, and a secured, lit yard. Positioned in an infill location, the site offers quick access to I-95, US-1, and MA-128.

ACQUISITION: Ashton Miller and Andrew Wiesemann of Matthews closed an off-market sale of the Aggreko Rentals property in Cibolo, TX. The 4.18-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) asset, located in the San Antonio MSA, drew strong interest due to its in-place tenancy and proximity to major transportation routes. The transaction highlights growing demand for well-located IOS properties in high-demand submarkets.
LEASES SIGNED
Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: A crane-served manufacturing facility with secured yard space at 12518 Foxton Rd in Houston, TX has been successfully leased. The deal was a collaborative effort involving FIRST HOUSTON Properties, Proximity Commercial Advisors, and key team members Dustin Steedman, Robin Moore, Edgar Lee and Juan Fraga.

LEASED: Dayton Street Partners (DSP) signed a long-term lease with Waste Connections for a state-of-the-art facility at 10550 Marina Drive in Olive Branch, MS, a key submarket in the Memphis logistics corridor. The property includes a 36-door cross-dock terminal and a 7-bay maintenance shop, ideally suited for logistics and fleet operations. Bryce Daves of Colliers represented Waste Connections, while Nathaniel Weikert of OnPace Partners represented DSP.
