ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners acquired a low-coverage industrial asset at 14395 Hickory Creek Rd, just off the I-75/I-40 interchange in the Knoxville MSA. The 2-acre site includes two 6,000 SF warehouses with 16' clear heights, 100' truck courts, large overhead doors, and a fully paved, fenced outdoor storage area. ACQUISITION: IGL has acquired a 6,500 SF industrial service facility at 79–81 Concord St in North Reading, MA, offering 1.5 acres of outdoor storage now available for lease.
