ACQUISITION: McClung-Logan Equipment Inc. purchased a renovated 17,000-square-foot industrial property on three acres at 629 S. Philadelphia Blvd. in Aberdeen, MD, for $6.4 million; the site features nine drive-in doors, fenced outdoor storage, and proximity to Route 40 and I-95, with MacKenzie Commercial representing the seller and CBRE representing the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Hyatt Commercial brokered the off-market sale of 2510 Aurora Place in Waldorf, MD — a ±9-acre industrial outdoor storage property ground-leased to Williams Scotsman Inc. — in an all-cash deal that closed in 60 days, with Acton Lane Industrial Partnership selling to 2510 Aurora Partners, LLC, highlighting strong IOS investor demand in Southern Maryland.

ACQUISITION: Axiom Capital Advisors arranged the $9.025M sale of 2010 Raleigh Boulevard in Raleigh, NC — a 34,000-SF industrial property on 4.86 acres — with Jennifer Stein of Jennifer Stein Real Estate Inc. representing the buyer alongside Eli Sasson Bril and José Sasson of Axiom Capital Advisors.


ACQUISITION: Brennan Investment Group acquired 10100 Woodward Avenue in Woodridge, IL — a premier industrial facility in the I-55 corridor — with plans to redevelop the site into modern small-bay industrial units featuring dock and drive-in access, ample parking, and outdoor storage areas, ideally positioned near major transportation routes to serve distribution and service-oriented users.

LEASED: Elmwood & Co. leased ±2.7 acres of industrial outdoor storage at 4 Telfair Place in Garden City, GA, with Zachary Zakas of Elmwood Capital Group representing the firm in the transaction near the Port of Savannah.

LEASED: Lee & Associates Walnut Creek Commercial Real Estate leased a large portion of ±2.18 acres of industrial outdoor storage at 165–185 Commerce Ct in Fairfield, CA — a secured yard with excellent access to major transportation corridors. Congrats to Brian Slocum, SIOR, CCIM on this one.
