ACQUISITION: Matador acquired 2454 Glenda Lane in Dallas, TX, a fully occupied 15,100 SF building on 1.35 acres with 0.64 acres of secured yard space. The property features seven roll-up doors and 14–20’ clear heights, making it well-suited for standalone IOS functionality. Located in the supply-constrained E. Hines Submarket, the acquisition strengthens Matador’s portfolio with a high-demand, long-term asset.

ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners acquired a 6,160 SF warehouse on 1.38 acres at 361 North Drive in the St. Louis MSA. The property is positioned for outdoor storage users and is undergoing renovations to be ready for immediate occupancy. This off-market deal adds another small-format, low-coverage IOS asset to Alluvion’s growing portfolio in the region.

ACQUISITION: 9329 Bernice Avenue in Schiller Park, IL, a 13,634 SF facility on 1.9 acres with multiple repair bays, heavy power, and secured yard space was acquired. The property offers immediate access to I-294 and O’Hare’s cargo entrance, making it a prime logistics location. This acquisition supports the buyer’s fleet needs and strengthens their presence in one of the Midwest’s most in-demand logistics corridors.

ACQUISITION: Harbor Capital sold 3621 and 3631 Shelby Lane in Denton, TX, with 28,600 SF of facility space. The buildings feature grade-level loading, flexible layouts, and secured yard space, supporting strong demand from service and light distribution tenants. The sale was part of Harbor’s broader Corbin Road Business Park strategy, capturing value through selective dispositions of functional industrial assets.
