ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired five industrial outdoor storage properties across Tampa and Orlando totaling 23 usable acres and approximately 96,500 SF of warehouse space. Nearly all sites are fully leased to tenants across logistics, infrastructure, and utilities, reflecting strong demand in supply-constrained Central Florida markets. The acquisition expands Alterra’s regional footprint to 35 properties, with key sites offering strategic access to major corridors like I-4 and I-75.

ACQUISITION: Green Courte Partners acquired an eight-acre IOS expansion site at 3410 McCrary Road in Mount Juliet, TN, adjacent to its existing property, creating a contiguous 20-acre IOS asset. The deal enhances zoning and unlocks additional usable land, improving functionality and expanding potential tenant uses in a fast-growing Nashville submarket. The site will be delivered as a build-to-suit with a 10,000 SF service facility, further strengthening Green Courte’s IOS platform in a key logistics corridor.
