ACQUISITIONS: Valrock, in partnership with Evergen Equity, acquired a 194,255 SF manufacturing facility in Von Ormy, TX, leased to Smurfit Westrock, a long-standing operator serving South and West Texas. The asset represents Valrock’s first direct acquisition and aligns with its strategy of targeting mission-critical manufacturing properties with long-term net lease structures and durable cash flow.
