Acquisitions & Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners leased a newly acquired 10,800 SF property on 1.05 acres in the Maryland Heights submarket of St. Louis within 30 days of acquisition. The tenant, Beck Automation, LLC, is a control system provider for the metal-forming industry, adding to Alluvion’s portfolio of small-format, low-coverage industrial assets. Meghan Donovan presented the opportunity, and Nick Fiquette, SIOR, CCIM, secured the tenant.

ACQUISITION: SVN Marinas sold Day Break Marina in Pensacola, FL, to Windward Marina Group. The 35+ year-old facility offers dry storage, wet slips, fueling, and service amenities, continuing its legacy as a community hub. David R. Kendall, CCIM, served as the exclusive advisor on the transaction.

ACQUISITION: A private seller has sold a 8.75-acre industrial property in Plover, WI, fully leased to US LBM, to an out-of-state buyer. The deal featured a long-term NNN lease and ample laydown yard space. Congrats to Mark Williams and Patrick Doherty on getting this done!

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS purchased 651 Fountain Avenue in Brooklyn, a 77,008 SF IOS site with a 6,576 SF building, for $10.25 million. The property offers four-street frontage, multiple access points, and features ideal for fleet parking, logistics, or storage. Meridian Capital Group’s team brokered the sale.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Criterion Group LLC has leased 6667 Pasadena Drive in Horn Lake, MS, to Meridian Waste. The transaction was facilitated with the help of Luke Jensen and Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors – Memphis.

LEASED: IGL has signed a long-term lease with US Foods at 4720 Laredo Avenue in Fort Myers, FL. The property was recently acquired by IGL and secured through the efforts of Adam Bornhorst, SIOR. The site offers strategic access and ample space for the tenant’s operations.

LEASED: Criterion Group LLC (Another One!) has leased 450 & 500 Creek Road in Delanco, NJ, to Carvana. The transaction was handled by Sean Duncan, Jason Barton, SIOR, Torsten Thaler, and the Cushman & Wakefield team. The site provides significant space for Carvana’s operations.

ON THE MARKET
For Lease

FOR LEASE: 56–58R Pulaski Street in Peabody, MA is now available for lease. The 13.4-acre industrial site includes 11,700 SF of building space, offering rare scale and functionality for IOS users in New England.
