ACQUISITION: DAUM Commercial Real Estate closed the sale of a fully entitled 4.48-acre trailer storage facility at 19754 Wilson St. in Bloomington, CA. The site includes 96 trailer stalls and sits in the Agua Mansa Industrial Corridor with access to I-10, I-60, and I-215. Ian Grossman and Zach Boebel represented the buyer, a local user.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners acquired 913 Commerce Circle in Hanahan, SC — a 2.01-acre site featuring a 7,540 SF service facility with 3 drive-in doors. The property is gravel-surfaced and well-positioned for industrial outdoor storage use. Jon-Michael Brock, CCIM and Alex Whittemore helped structure the deal alongside the Catalyst team.

ACQUISITION: Clearwater REIS and Colliers Las Vegas closed on a 7.89-acre industrial outdoor storage site. Clearwater guided the buyer through a smooth transaction, positioning the site as a long-term industrial asset.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Rich Young Jr. of Rich Young Company leased a 134,382 SF facility on 22 acres at 2414 Country Club Dr in Carrollton, TX. The site includes rail access, large laydown yard capabilities, and proximity to major freight corridors and DFW Airport.

LEASED: The Metz Industrial Group leased 2.8 acres of IOS and truck parking at 320 Elizabeth Avenue in Newark, NJ to Best Logistics. The site offers direct access to Port Newark, the Turnpike, and NYC, making it ideal for logistics users. Metz represented both landlord and tenant in the deal.
