ACQUISITION: Capital Real Estate Commercial and Davidson Bogel Real Estate announced the successful sale of 1700 E Airport Fwy, a ±1.6 AC industrial asset located in Irving, TX. Congratulations to David Guinn and Philip Cherrick of DB2RE and Troup Rolland, Matt Cooper, and Blake Deer of Capital Real Estate Commercial!
ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital acquired 2411 & 2417 Weaver Street, a 5,573 SF industrial site situated on 2.93 acres in the North Fort Worth industrial submarket of DFW. Andrew Wiesemann and Murphy Sloan represented CanTex Capital and Caden Strauss, Patrick Nolan, and Jack Lenihan at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ represented the Seller.
ACQUISITION: Green Courte Partners has acquired 1650 Hemlock Street, a 32-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility located in the East Tampa industrial submarket, adjacent to Port Tampa Bay. Green Courte will redevelop the remaining 16 acres into new, well-located IOS space. Brad Hutton at Franklin Street is leasing the site.
ACQUISITION: 7474 W I-10 in Seguin, TX, a 32,200 SF industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facility situated on 10 acres has just sold! This deal reflects the growing demand for strategically located IOS assets across Central Texas. Carlos Marquez, SIOR and Sergio Acosta at Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. ACQUISITION: IOV announced the acquisition of an industrial outdoor storage facility (IOS) in Phoenix. The property located at 2115 S 16th St, includes six maintenance and office buildings totaling 33,266 SF on 4.36-acres. The property is fully leased to two tenants Action Equipment and Scaffold Company and Johnson Controls. This marks IOV's 7th acquisition in the Phoenix area. Michael Kitlica with Cushman & Wakefield represented IOV in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Dayton Street Partners (DSP) acquired 7220 Oakley Industrial Boulevard, a low coverage IOS facility in Atlanta’s 85 South submarket. The property features a 30,000 SF distribution facility with an additional 2.5 acres of trailer parking and outdoor storage. DSP will complete improvements at the facility. The property was purchased from a user that will lease back the property on a short-term basis. The Seller was represented by Stephen Bridges of OnPace Partners, who will continue to serve as exclusive marketing agent for DSP.
ACQUISITION: Miramar IOS Partners has closed on the acquisition of a 15.6-acre stabilized IOS property in Lithonia, GA. The property is located in an industrial corridor approximately 20 miles east of the Atlanta CBD. The site serves as the headquarters for CS Truck & Trailer (subsidiary of Epika Fleet Services), a national provider of fleet maintenance and repair services. ACQUISITION: VCR Realty announced the closing of 170 Westridge Industrial Blvd in McDonough GA. The 5.7 acre property features a 12,000 square foot warehouse, standalone office, and a fully paved outdoor storage yard. Jake Foss, John Cohen, and Robert Aaron worked on this transaction.
ACQUISITION: 301 N 56th St., a ±5.09 AC industrial outdoor storage site with a ±20,576 SF shop closed last week.
