Acquisitions / Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Timber Hill acquired an industrial outdoor storage property at 7200 E. US 40 Highway in Kansas City, MO. The site spans more than 13 acres and includes a 5,000-square-foot building, with the property already nearly fully leased. Located near Arrowhead Stadium, the asset offers strong regional access and supports contractor, transportation, and service-oriented users.

FINANCING: Cushman & Wakefield arranged $22 million in financing for an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio on behalf of GFH Partners Ltd. and Transport Properties. The portfolio includes approximately 4.9 million square feet of trailer and container storage across sites in Indianapolis, IN and Wilmer, TX. The transaction was led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Institutional Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team.

ACQUISITION: Rockbrook Equity acquired a 3.35-acre industrial land site at 1849 S Shiloh Rd in Garland, TX. The property is well positioned for industrial outdoor storage or future industrial development.

ACQUISITION: A 16.5-acre industrial site at 700 E Walnut Rd in Raymore, MO has sold. The property is zoned M-1 Light Industrial and is positioned near Highway 71 and I-49 in a rapidly growing Kansas City submarket. Logan Freeman of Midwest CRE Advisors represented the transaction.

Leased

LEASED: A national credit tenant has leased a 6,000-square-foot building on a 4.0-acre industrial outdoor storage site at 3030 New Tampa Highway in Lakeland, FL. The property was recently renovated to deliver a Class A IOS facility in the heart of Lakeland’s industrial market. Devin Beeler and Robbie Lober of Lober Real Estate represented the transaction.

LEASED: A 35,000-square-foot (0.80-acre) industrial outdoor storage yard with a 2,880-square-foot building at Portland Street Yard has been leased. The property provides a compact, functional IOS configuration suitable for service and contractor users. Matt Murray and Jim Kidder of Kidder Mathews represented the landlord in the transaction.
