ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital acquired a 5,286 SF industrial outdoor storage property on 3.3 acres at 1012 Shady Oaks Drive in Denton, TX. The deal reflects continued demand in fast-growing North Texas submarkets, where users prioritize access to major transportation corridors like SH 377 and SH 380.
