ACQUISITION: A ±9.42-acre industrial outdoor storage property at 3201 Spring Forest Rd in Raleigh, NC has traded. The site operates as a service fleet operation facility and offers functional yard configuration in a strategic infill location. The transaction was handled by Peter Bauman and Tivon Moffitt of Marcus & Millichap, along with Andrew Marquiles.

ACQUISITION: A 1.89-acre industrial outdoor storage property at 1621 Blount Rd in Pompano Beach, FL has sold for $4.5 million. The site includes approximately 9,000 SF of building space and supports functional outdoor storage in Broward County’s tight infill industrial market. The transaction was brokered by Jose Sasson and Roberto Susi of Axiom Capital Advisors.

ACQUISITION: Green Courte Partners acquired a 55-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio located at 1888, 2020, 2056, 2100, 2104, 2110, 2116, and 2200 Watkins Rd in Columbus, OH. The property includes approximately 28,000 SF of building space and sits in a strategic infill location between Rickenbacker International Airport and John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Green Courte plans to enhance the site with paving, fencing, lighting, and a new internal drive aisle to improve circulation and operational efficiency.

ACQUISITION: An IOS property at 635 Viox Dr in Erlanger, KY has been sold to a Northern Kentucky-based operator. The site includes approximately 13,620 SF of building space and offers strong access to major interstate corridors, supporting fleet and outdoor storage operations. The transaction was brokered by Beau Nimer, SIOR, of CBRE.

ACQUISITION: Realterm acquired Hermsstraße 1 in Friedewald, Germany, a 244,771 SF cross-dock logistics facility fully leased to Hermes, a major European parcel delivery operator. The property sits on a large parcel designed to support high-volume parcel operations with more than 150 dock doors and significant daily sorting capacity. The acquisition marks Realterm’s first industrial outdoor storage investment in Germany as it expands its European IOS and logistics platform.
