Strategically located near IAH Airport with direct access to I-69 and Beltway 8, the site offers strong connectivity within one of Houston’s key logistics corridors. The acquisition marks Apex IOS’ fourth investment in the Houston MSA.

ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital acquired 2555 Blue Mound Rd in Haslet, TX, a 5.0-acre fully paved industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site featuring approximately 9,294 SF of industrial improvements. Strategically positioned in the rapidly growing North Fort Worth submarket, the property offers strong connectivity near Business 287, Highway 287, I-35W, and the BNSF Alliance Intermodal facility.

ACQUISITION: Bricktop Capital acquired 1605 Century Street in Pflugerville, TX, a 4.15-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property improved with 6,243 SF of industrial buildings. The site offers direct access to I-35 and SH-45, positioning it within one of the Austin metro’s key industrial and logistics corridors.

ACQUISITION: Armada Capital Partners acquired 13790 Judson Rd in San Antonio, TX, a 1.98-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property improved with approximately 11,500 SF of industrial space. Located in northeast San Antonio, the site benefits from strong access to major transportation routes within a market experiencing continued industrial and population growth. The acquisition marks Armada Capital Partners’ 60th acquisition as the firm continues expanding its IOS footprint across high-growth logistics markets nationwide.

ACQUISITION: 2828 Tobey Drive in Indianapolis, IN has traded, marking the sale of a 3.46-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property improved with approximately 55,000 SF of industrial space. Strategically located with direct access to I-465, I-70, and downtown Indianapolis, the site features outdoor storage, excess parking, four enclosed loading docks, heavy 3-phase power, and approximately 4,100 SF of office space.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired 1116 Polk Avenue in Nashville, TN, a fully leased industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property comprising 12.6 usable acres and approximately 66,730 SF of building improvements. Strategically located near both I-40 and I-65, the site offers strong connectivity within one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing logistics and industrial markets. The acquisition marks Alterra IOS’ 18th investment in the Nashville MSA.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS acquired a 3.2-acre industrial service facility at 6180 Federal Ct in Fort Myers, FL. The property includes approximately 13,500 SF of industrial improvements with 1,500 SF of office space and 12,000 SF of shop and warehouse space, along with ten oversized drive-in doors and four dock-high loading positions.
