Acquisitions & Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Dalfen Industrial acquired 375 NW 9th Ave. & 1001 Old Griffin Rd. in Dania Beach, FL, adding 7.03 acres of IOS and a 10,325 SF facility. The site is strategically located near Fort Lauderdale Airport, I-95, and I-595.

ACQUISITION: Global Gate, in partnership with Ridgecut Road, acquired a 5-acre IOS facility in South Plainfield, NJ, leased to United Rentals. The property is strategically located near the Port of NY/NJ and Newark Liberty International Airport.

ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings announced three recent IOS acquisitions in Florida: a 22,500 SF property on 3.1 acres in Tallahassee, a 68,000 SF property on 13.5 acres in Sarasota, and a 19,000 SF property on 2.1 acres in Rockledge. These sites feature functional layouts with outdoor storage options and attractive suite sizes. The acquisitions highlight strong tenant retention and growing demand for IOS space across the state.

ACQUISITION: Leon Capital acquired 1224 Isley Drive in Gastonia, NC, a 164,000 SF industrial facility with 1.4 acres of secured outdoor storage. Located less than a mile from I-85 and near Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the site includes a 44,000 SF office suite, eight dock doors, and modern upgrades. This marks Leon Capital’s second acquisition in the Charlotte MSA, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its Southeast portfolio.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Simon Kroos and Stephen Pryor of NAI Ohio Equities represented the tenant in leasing 6,060 SF of warehouse space with outdoor storage at 1632–1640 Clara St. in Columbus, OH. The deal highlights the continued demand for functional warehouse/IOS properties across the city.

FOR SALE: This 12,500 SF industrial portfolio on ±5 acres in Midland, TX includes two single-tenant buildings leased to Bullet Production Services and Kat Energy Services, offering near-term passive cash flow under net leases.
