ACQUISITION: Hyde Park Real Estate acquired a 1.74-acre industrial property at 9467 Selma Pkwy in Selma, TX. The site features approximately 8,792 SF of warehouse improvements. Will Bost of Spur Commercial was involved in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired a fully leased industrial outdoor storage property at 9729 Philadelphia Road in Rosedale, MD. The site features ±4.7 usable acres and 22,500 SF of building improvements in close proximity to I-95 and I-695. The transaction represents Alterra's seventh acquisition in the Baltimore MSA. Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Companies assisted in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS acquired a 1.7-acre industrial service facility at 300 Lincoln Blvd in Middlesex, NJ. The property includes an 11,600-square-foot shop and office building with five drive-in doors, 21-foot clear heights, and a fully paved and secured yard. The site offers access to I-287, I-95, and the Garden State Parkway.
ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital acquired a 25,449-square-foot industrial outdoor storage property on 3.20 acres at 9621 S Freeway in Fort Worth, TX. The site features direct frontage on I-35W, is fully concrete paved throughout, and includes a 100% HVAC'd building. Northern Tool + Equipment occupies the property as a tenant. Ransome Foose of Berkeley Capital Advisors was involved in the transaction.
FINANCING: Eastdil Secured Savills arranged $79 million in acquisition financing for a 22-asset industrial outdoor storage portfolio spanning 93 acres across 10 U.S. markets. The portfolio comprises 22 value-add properties across national markets. Eastdil Secured Savills arranged the financing.

LEASED: A national logistics and fleet maintenance occupier leased 7 acres at 3150 Orthodox Street in Philadelphia, PA.The property features 18,500 square feet across two buildings on paved, fenced, and lit ground with immediate access to I-95.
