CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Alterra acquires IOS site in Bakersfield, CA. 12k sqft on 4.87 acres. Max Finn and Jack Cornell led the team from SRS. What a great site!

ACQUISITION: Industrial Outdoor Ventures completed the acquisition of an approximately 10-acre service center asset in Channahon, Illinois. The yard area, paved with a combination of asphalt and stabilized crushed stone, can accommodate 128 trailer parking stalls. Patrick Stanton of Patrick Commercial represented the Seller in the transaction. Cawley Commercial’s Josh Hearne, Andrew Bobak, and Reinier Pranger will be leasing the site.

ACQUISITION: Evergen Equity acquires IOS site in southwest San Antonio. The property features a 7,500 sf truck terminal with office space and service bays, and a large yard. Congrats to the Evergen and Partners Real Estate team on this one!
