Acquisitions & Dispositions
ACQUISITION: Transport Properties has acquired a Class A IOS property at 6800 I-45 in Dallas, TX. The property features a 103,000 SF office and repair facility situated on 33 improved acres. Elliott Dow of CBRE sourced the opportunity. For leasing inquiries, contact Casey Cunningham.
ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS has acquired 168 Park 35 Cove North in Buda, TX. The property features a 3.5-acre yard with 17,000 SF of building improvements and offers immediate access to I-35. It is fully leased to a national tenant. Gavin Weaver spearheaded the transaction, and Jack Sallis of Stream Realty Partners helped facilitate the transaction.


ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital added 7321 E Kennedale Parkway in Arlington and 4729 Mansfield Highway in Fort Worth to its IOS portfolio, totaling 21+ acres in the Fort Worth industrial submarket near Loop 820, I-20, and Highway 287.

ACQUISITION: DryPort Capital acquired a 12.26 AC site in Houston, Texas through a competitive multiple-offer transaction. Will Clay from JLL and James Mashni from FIRST HOUSTON Properties facilitated the transaction!
ACQUISITION: Triten Real Estate Partners has completed its first acquisition in Laredo, Texas. Located at 12125 Jef Drive in Killam Industrial Park, the 30,462 SF tilt-wall freight facility sits on 9.57 acres of fully paved, secured land. The property is strategically positioned near the World Trade Bridge and I-35, enhancing its logistics capabilities. David Shipman led the acquisition on the Triten team.

ACQUISITION: An undisclosed investor has acquired a 5-property IOS portfolio totaling 26.6 acres with 74,556 SF of industrial improvements along the Trinity River, just outside downtown Fort Worth, TX from Steeplechase Real Estate Ventures. Martin Grossman, David Guinn, Cameron Deptula from Davidson Bogel Industrial along with Andrew Wiesemann at Matthews Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

NEW DEVELOPMENT: The Perry-Hill Ventures team, led by Joel Mackintosh and Mike O'Malley, are developing a Class A build-to-suit industrial outdoor storage facility for Alpha & Omega Equipment Sales & Rentals in Lubbock, TX.
