CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions, Dispositions and Refinancing
REFINANCING: Zenith has closed a $120M refinance for two regional industrial outdoor storage portfolios covering 30 locations across the US. They partnered with Washington Capital and Justin Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz, LLC on this transaction.

ACQUISITION: Outpost closed on their first location in Nevada – 12+ acres at 3950 N. Bruce St. in North Las Vegas. The property includes 54,000 SF of buildings (including a flex building and an industrial building) and 9+ acres that they are redeveloping into secure, paved truck and trailer parking to support local truckers and blue-chip logistics operations.

ACQUISITION: John Pompay and Will Groves from Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller at 21815 N 16th St in North Phoenix. The property features 2.49 AC and has an existing building that is approximately 5,000 SF on site. This property was a prime opportunity in one of the fastest-growing industrial hubs, and sold to an owner/user for $1,750,000.
ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS is pleased to announce the closing of two industrial service facilities at 20141 W Adobe Dr and 2021 W Melinda Ln. The properties total 37,848 SF on 8.8 AC in Phoenix, AZ. Congrats to the Jadian IOS team Kees t'Sas, Alex Stahl, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky and Bento Property Group’s Steven Bentolila, who helped facilitate the deal.
ACQUISITION: Richard Lea and Kieran Leay completed the sale of 2 Postley Road in Kempston, England. The property features 1.26 AC and has an existing building that is approximately 9,000 SF on site. ACQUISITION: Car Rental Consolidate Orlando LLC acquired a prime IOS property located at 7404 Narcoossee Rd for $5,750,000. The seller was Millenia Spaces LLC. Christopher CJ Griffith, SIOR and Ryan Griffith from Lee & Associates Central Florida facilitated the deal in a prime IOS market.
