CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired a fully leased IOS site at 3940-4100 S Transport Street in Boise, ID. The 7.05 AC property includes 43,282 SF of building improvements with 29 grade-level doors and offers immediate access to I-84, US-20, and US-26, making it a prime logistics location. Parker Pearson, E. Liam Loftus, and Jack Cosca of Colliers facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Turcotte Real Estate Services has successfully closed the sale of a six-property industrial outdoor storage portfolio near Interstate 10 East & SE Loop 410 in San Antonio, TX. The fully leased portfolio includes tenants such as Lone Star Truck and Equipment, RUAN Transport, OTR Fleet Services, Milestone Trailer Leasing, Chevron USA, and Penske Logistics. Led by Bill Holder, the transaction was marketed on behalf of a private client seller.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS has acquired the Beacon Roofing Supply property in Santa Rosa, CA, in an all-cash transaction. The 2.68 AC site includes 23,112 SQ FT usable facilities. Congrats to Max Finn and Gavin Weaver on getting this done!

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates represented the buyer in an off-market acquisition of a 5.22 AC IOS site at 15600 W Hwy 29 in Liberty Hill, TX (Austin MSA). Adam Green and Luke Boykin led the transaction.


ACQUISITION: Cushman & Wakefield faciliated the sale of 4055 E 64th Ave in Commerce City, CO. The property includes a 7,500 square foot building on 2.6 AC with heavy industrial zoning. Drew McManus, Bryan Fry, Shannon McBroom, and Andrea K. Johnson facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Greenspring Realty Partners has acquired a 17,000 square foot industrial property on 2.53 acres at 2540 McJunkin Rd in Lakeland, FL. The site is now home to FLANDERS. Goral Khatta of Greenspring Realty Partners sourced the deal, with William "Bo" Bradford Jr. of Lee & Associates assisting in the transaction.
