CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Triten added to their Texas IOS portfolio with the acquisition of 16915 Alamo Parkway — a fully leased, low-coverage industrial outdoor storage facility in Selma, a booming corridor in Northeast San Antonio. David Shipman led the charge on this deal. The property features a 4.5-acre paved site with 6,556 SF office/warehouse in NE San Antonio, which is the region’s largest and most active industrial submarket.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS is on a tear! JIOS announced the closing of an industrial service facility in Broomfield, CO. The site featured 37,400 SF on a 6 acres located on US-36. Kees t'Sas, Alex Stahl, John Grib,  and Daniel Schuchinsky led this acquisition.

ACQUISITION: Sun Coast Shipping LLC, a logistics company based in Corona and affiliated with Duarte-based firm Dynamic Export LLC, bought the 112,820-square-foot property at 11121 Dale St and 11081 Dale St in Stanton, CA for $9.8 million ( $87 PSF).

ACQUISITION: 195 Throckmorton Street, a 1.65-acre commercial property in Freehold has been sold for $3.7 million in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty. The property includes 4,600-square feet of office space, a 4,200-square-foot warehouse, a garage, and outdoor storage. The transaction was facilitated by Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky, while Michael Witko of Chilmark Real Estate Services represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Stone Valley Investments is pleased to announce the acquisition of 1808 E. Mariposa Road, Stockton, a high visibility sales service and industrial outdoor storage facility. For leasing information please contact Wes Widmer, Mike Goldstein or Alex Hoeck with Colliers.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Matthews successfully facilitated a lease agreement between Perry-Hill Ventures and Empower Rental Group in Memphis, TN. As part of this agreement, Perry-Hill Ventures will develop a 9,120-square-foot facility on a 9.3-acre site. The property will be leased to Empower Rental Group under a 10-year triple-net (NNN) lease, with development scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
