Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners closed 1700 Timocuan Way, located in Longwood, FL. The property features a 7,547 SF, five drive-in door service facility on 5.2 acres. Jerod Freeland and Charles Attaway helped facilitate this transaction and the Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson and Kyle Earley.

275-351 N Blosser Rd, Santa Maria, CA

ACQUISITION: 275-351 N Blosser Rd closed as part-tenant-in-tow, part-owner/user deal for $5,700,000. The site featured 22,903 SF on 5.14 AC. Bentley McKean and Jeffery M Crocker from the Kidder Matthews team and Abel Contreras from the InvestSLO team facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Evergen announced the acquisition of the 68,000 square foot building on 6+ acres at 13485 S. Unitec in Laredo, Texas, alongside Triten Real Estate Partners.

ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners announced the off-market acquisition of a centrally located, low-coverage industrial property in the St. Louis MSA that is fully leased to Beacon Building Products!

LEASES SIGNED

LEASED: Dayton Street Partners executed a long-term lease with Rush Truck Centers at 575 St. Paul Blvd in Carol Stream, IL. Rush signed a lease on a 26,210 square foot truck maintenance facility on 7 acres. The site is strategically located with exceptional access to I-355 and Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Sam Durkin at JLL represented the tenant in this transaction!

LEASED: Bulk Industrial Group announced the completion of a long-term deal with Trinity Products at 1413 Osage Avenue in Kansas City, KS. This strategic location provides Trinity Products with the ideal facility to support their ongoing operations in the Kansas City metro area.
