CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions / Dispositions / Financing
FINANCING: Realterm announced it has originated a $70.8 million loan to GreenPoint, collateralized by an eight-property, 163-acre IOS portfolio in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan and Texas. The financing marks Realterm’s strategic expansion into the credit space. Paul Sisson and Kate Sarris led the efforts from Realterm, while Lantern Real Estate Advisors + Partners represented GreenPoint in the transaction.
5109 W Beaver, Jacksonville, FL
ACQUISITION: Zenith acquired 3AC site at 5109 W Beaver in Jacksonville, FL. Site is strategically situated between I-295 and I-95 and less than 10min from downtown Jacksonville. Congrats to Zenith and the Panther Capital Group team for closing this one.
ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners announced the acquisition of a 7,012SF / 2.9AC functional, low-coverage industrial property strategically positioned in the Provo-Orem MSA. Congrats to Dean Taylor on getting this one done!
ACQUISITION: Hillstone Advantage Partners, a national industrial outdoor storage investor and developer, expanded its portfolio with the recent acquisition of a 4.72-acre property located at 90 Industrial Drive, Oxford, AL. The site is strategically located along I-20E and is convenient to Atlanta and Birmingham. The property features a 12,864 SF warehouse and ample graveled outside storage. Hillstone has already secured a lease with a national company seeking to expand their Alabama footprint. Jake Bottcher at JH Berry represented the Seller and was crucial to facilitating the transaction. Contact Patrick Sullivan for potential acquisition opportunities.
ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS acquired a 4.8-acre industrial service facility at 3502-3512 Moreland Ave, Conley GA. The site is 12,550 sqft on 4.8 AC and is ~10min from I-75 and the ATL airport. Congrats to the team on getting this done!
