CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Colliers’ Western Region Industrial Capital Markets announced the sale of a 75,431 SF low-coverage industrial property situated on 6.09 AC. The site is located in the infill South Bay submarket and features secured yard space for outdoor material storage. ACQUISITION: Henry Group Real Estate represented the seller in the sale of a 2.2 acre site in Denver for $3.2M! The IOS property was located at 2101-2133 S Wabash St and included a vehicle service building and storage space. Patrick Henry, Boston M. Weir, Christopher (C.J.) Toohey represented the seller in this transaction.

DISPOSITION: Crossroads Hyundai purchases 8.41 acres of paved land with Hwy 183 frontage at 1500 E Airport Fwy. David Guinn from Davidson Bogel Real Estate facilitated the transaction and Clay Cooley was the seller. Great reminder that car dealerships and former car dealerships can be IOS too!
