CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Lyman Phillips of Golden Lion Capital successfully closed an IOS transaction at 11603 I-10 in Baytown, TX. He represented both the buyer and seller. The site featured 47,350 SF of improvements and the sale price was $18,500,000. 

ACQUISITION: Timber Hill Group announced the acquisition of 900 Christina Drive in East Dundee, IL! This 24-acre site features fully secured truck parking with a 25,427 SF repair shop, gated entry and exit, full fencing, ample lighting, and onsite fueling. This facility is positioned to serve the needs of transportation and logistics users in the Chicago MSA.

ACQUISITION: Capitol City Fence Company recently acquired 2460 North Arlington Avenue, Indianapolis. This property features 20,970 SF on 3.12 AC. CCFC is now able to double their footprint and consolidate. Nick Spegal at Re/Max Realty Group represented the Seller and Peter Seoane at Avison Young represented the Buyer.

ACQUISITION: A US LBM asset that features 34,600 SF on 6.19 AC in Myrtle Beach, SC was recently acquired for $4,800,000. This deal was facilitated off-market by Louis Murray and the team at Matthews that included Brett Davis and Alexander Harrold. Check-out the backstory behind the deal here.

DISPOSITION: Timber Hill Group recently sold 333 Blaine St in Gary, IN a 5.15 AC lot featuring 13,660 SF of office and a truck repair facility. They acquired the site in 2017 and undertook a comprehensive renovation of both the truck repair building and grounds before securing a long-term lease with Kenan Advantage Group, who continues to occupy the site.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: 4989 US-11 in Calhoun, TN is fully leased! The site features 3.5 acres of Industrial Outdoor Storage and is just under 3 miles from the interstate and has a direct path to I-75 to the west. Barrett Kibble at CBRE was able to source the tenant directly and they were able to go from tour to lease execution within a week.
