CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions
ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired a 3.2 acre site with 8,960 SF of building at 1231 Bridgestone Parkway, La Vergne, TN. This site is just outside of Nashville and fully leased to a national equipment rental tenant. Parker Pearson led the transaction for Alterra IOS and Dominic Sulo of Marcus & Millichap helped facilitate the deal.

ACQUISITION: COARE Industrial acquired 2549 Clark Street in Apopka, Florida in the Orlando MSA. This property features a 5,300 square foot warehouse that sits on 1.2 acres of recently graded and graveled land. The site is zoned 'I-4 Industrial District', Orange County's heaviest industrial zoning, which allows for all types of outdoor storage by-right. The COARE team was led by Stephen Barry and Hansel Rodriguez. Steven Bentolila and Simon Bentolila arranged this transaction.

Recently Leased Properties
LEASED: Rise Brokerage leased an IOS site featuring 35,600 SF of warehouse at 2555 Cannon Ave in Chattanooga, TN. Robert Maclellan and Wilson McGinness represented the Landlord in the transaction.
LEASED: A long term ground lease of 2.6 acre outdoor storage facility was signed at 25802 Victoria Boulevard in CA. The site was leased by Chris Comfort, and there are exciting new development plans underway.

Financing at Refinancing
REFINANCING: Emil DePasquale at Black Bear Capital Partners facilitated the refinance of 6 Linden Avenue East in Jersey City, NJ. The loan amount for the 7.4 acre property was $5,635,000.

FOR LEASE: 10,500 SF on 2.2 acres located in a premier infill location ideal for outdoor storage tenants is available for lease in San Antonio.
