Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITIONS: Industrial Outdoor Ventures completed their 11th acquisition in the Denver area with the purchase of 5350 Newport Street, a 5.05-acre property with more than 27,000 square feet of warehouse and office space. The property is leased to Ferguson Fire and Fabrication who uses the site to manufacture and store commercial sprinkler parts and systems. Ben Backer from IOV led the charge for this acquisition.

DISPOSITION: Provident Realty recently sold a +/-32 acre IOS Site that featured a 10,000 SF service-building located at 1203 Reuthinger Parkway in Laredo. The Joshua’s helped out with this one as Joshua T. Hearne from Cawley Chicago represented the buyer and Joshua Aguilar at CBRE represented the Seller. Christen Vestal led the charge for Provident on the sale.

LEASES SIGNED
Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Everwood has fully leased a 23,080-sf LTL terminal on 5.5-acres to AAA Cooper Transportation, a national credit tenant. Everwood acquired this asset vacant, saw the value, and moved fast. After targeted upgrades, it's now 100% leased to a high-credit operator. FIRST HOUSTON Properties, INC. and Cresa facilitated the lease!

LEASED: Ian Armbruster and Trevor Wright at Stream Realty represent their client in securing a 1.95-acre trailer dealership at 15689 Valley Blvd in Fontana. The user needed to secure a site and be operational before their peak season and the team moved very quickly. The off-market lease was fully executed in under 3 days!
