ACQUISITIONS:Alterra IOS announced the acquisition of 9765 Harry Hines Boulevard, Dallas, TX. The site features 2.16 usable acres with a 9,400 SF warehouse. The property is 10 miles from DFW International Airport and proximate to I-30 and I-35. Gavin Weaver led this transaction and Chris Wong of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services helped get this across the finish line.
