Acquisitions and Dispositions
ACQUISITION: Open Industrial acquired a 2.2-acre IOS site located at 3331 Jason Avenue Charlotte, NC. The fenced, lit, and graveled site features +/-7,500 square feet of office space and covered storage fully leased to Bland Landscaping Company. Located less than 2.5 miles from the Charlotte International Airport and less than 5 miles from downtown Charlotte, the site allows for convenient access throughout the Charlotte MSA. The Open Industrial team was led by Rob Foa. The seller was represented by Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Lester Osborn of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International.
ACQUISITION: Rockbrook Equity acquired 324 N. Nursery Rd in Irving, TX. The infill IOS property features +/- 28,000 SF of building on 7.52 acres, conveniently located near Highway 183 and Loop 12, offering excellent connectivity to the DFW Metroplex. Shout out to Chase Miller, SIOR at NAI Robert Lynn for facilitating the deal. This property is available for lease. ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings acquired 9301 Stoneview Drive in DFW. The site includes a 60,500 SF warehouse property with a truck maintenance facility situated on 12.86 Acres, located at the intersection of I-35 and I-20. Congrats to the B&D Holdings team - Martin Segal, Robert Logan, Danny Harrison and Andrew Brunetto!
ACQUISITION: Zenith acquired 8904 S Freeway in Fort Worth, TX. This is a 6-acre IOS site in Fort Worth. David Guinn, SIOR of Davidson Bogel Real Estate sourced this acquisition opportunity for Zenith. Reach out to David regarding ~1 acre fenced, lit, and paved space available for lease. Peter Cannon is the Zenith deal contact regarding future investment opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Congrats on getting this one done!
ACQUISITION: Realterm announced the acquisition of a 66-door truck terminal located at 8814 W. Market Street in Greensboro, NC. The 10.4-acre property features a 22,998-square-foot warehouse with 3,250 square feet of office space. The strategically located facility includes 66 loading positions, 71 trailer parking spaces, a 2,080-square-foot drive-thru maintenance facility and an on-site fueling station. The fully secured property is completely paved and illuminated, with a dedicated ingress/egress point.
