CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

DISPOSITION: Josh Glussky and Jonathan Glick at Sheldon Gross Realty, Inc facilitated the transaction of 195 Throckmorton Street in Freehold, NJ. The industrial site featured a 8,800 SF office/warehouse with outside storage.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired 189 Dominic Lane, Paulsboro, NJ, which features 4,320 SF of warehouse with a 2.13-acre yard. The property is fully leased to a national tenant with immediate access to I-295. Sean Christman led this transaction and Adam Deeves of Action Commercial Group facilitated the transaction.
