CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions
ACQUISITION: Harrison Auerbach at Matthews facilitated the sale of a 2.68 AC site with a 7,170 SF building outside of Atlanta. SRS Distribution recently executed a long-term lease on this well-located IOS property. The buyer was a 1031 exchange buyer.
ACQUISITION: Alignment Realty Capital acquired 12473 North 92nd Drive in Peoria, Arizona. The 3.02-acre IOS site was acquired for $15.95 per land square foot and is subject to a lease with Site One Landscape Supply. Stein Koss, Tom Louer, Fenton Kelly on The Koss | Lauer team at Lee & Associates facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS expanded their presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA with four recent acquisitions totaling 35 AC. The properties are located at: 8738 Forney Road, Dallas, TX, 7050 Jack Newell Blvd, Fort Worth, TX, 2660 Market Street, Garland, TX, and 2420 113th Street, Grand Prairie, TX.

Recently Leased Properties
LEASED: Dayton Street Partners (DSP) announced a full-building lease with deugro USA at its recently completed state-of-the-art truck terminal in the TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park, Houston, TX. The cross-dock terminal, located on 47 acres, boasts 164,640 square feet, 214 doors and 1,000 trailer positions, making it a first-of-its-kind speculative truck terminal in the greater Houston area. deugro is a globally renowned project freight forwarder with over a century of expertise in serving clients worldwide. Partners’ Gray Gilbert and Chris Haro represented DSP in this transaction.
LEASED: Invest Texas has leased an IOS site located at 2815 W County Rd 130 in Midland, TX. The site has great highway access and features a 6,250 SF industrial facility on 2.27 AC.
