CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: An all-cash buyer acquired 1255 Valley St, Colorado Springs, CO. This site was one of the last undeveloped pieces of industrial land in the airport submarket. Reach out to Spencer Mason and Jack Kuzio from Matthews for more information.

ACQUISITION: Colliers Capital Markets facilitated the sale of 920 Dunn Road, a ±145,000 SF manufacturing facility located in Fayetteville, NC. The Colliers team included Nolan Ashton, Tommy Whitmore, Don Moss, and JD Allen. Reach out the team for more information.

ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings acquired 400 Rio Rd W in Charlottesville, VA, which features 17,000 SF across two buildings on 8.25 acres and is well situated to serve the supply constrained Charlottesville Industrial Market. The team also acquired 6251 Rittiman Rd in San Antonio, TX, which features a 115,000 SF warehouse with 40' clear and 2.4 acres of outdoor storage within the Northeast San Antonio Submarket. The B&D Holdings team includes Martin Segal, Robert Logan, Danny Harrison, Rebecca Weinerman, and Andrew Brunetto.

ACQUISITION: Sheehan Schumacher Industrial Team at Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate recently facilitated the sale of 3202 W Durango St in Southwest Phoenix. This ±10,808 SF contractor facility on ±2.19 AC sold for $3,150,000 at $33 PLSF. For more information on this sale or similar opportunities, contact Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen.

ACQUISITION: Colliers Capital Markets recently closed on the sale of 15914 S. Avalon, a 6.09 AC site with a 75,431 SF building located in Compton, CA for $35 million. In addition to a warehouse, the site includes excess land for potential expansion. The Colliers team included Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, Kenny Patricia, and Kylie Jones with collaboration from industrial specialists Jeff Smart and Elizabeth Capati.
LEASES SIGNED
Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: BLP - Bridge Logistics Properties announced a new 3-year lease with Alliance Transportation Services at 336 East D Street, Wilmington, CA 90744. Alliance will use the site to expand their current service offerings and continue to grow their business. Tyler Rollema and Matt Stringfellow of The Klabin Company were the leasing brokers.

LEASED: FMIIP DISTRIBUTION, Inc signed a lease at 10606 Goodnight Lane in Dallas, TX. The site features 18,862 square feet on 2.8 acres. This space will be utilized for office, warehouse, and outdoor storage uses for pipe distribution. Amir Shams and Zachary McQueen with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Tenant.
