Acquisitions and Dispositions
83 Gross Avenue, Edison, NJ
ACQUISITION: Dalfen Industrial, together with funds advised by affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., acquired 83 Gross Avenue, a 4,500 sq.-ft. industrial property on 1.87 acres of land in Edison. The transaction was arranged by the CBRE team of Mark Silverman, Liam McGregor and Elli Klapper represented Dalfen Industrial in direct negations with the seller. The property has close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and I-287. The site is ideal for outdoor storage and features a functional industrial building that is being delivered vacant by the seller. ACQUISITION: Realterm announced the acquisition of 2340 Rose Place W, in Roseville, MN an industrial outdoor storage fleet maintenance and intermodal facility on 6.3 acres. Developed in 2021, the Class A property includes five oversized drive-in doors, four dock-high loading positions, and a two-story, 7,300-square-foot office component. The facility showcases high flow through (HFT) capabilities with extensive container/trailer parking capacity, a fully paved, fenced, and secured lot, and industrial-grade floor drains and waste traps. The site is fully leased to a leading asset-light freight and logistics company that provides services across the United States and Canada. Congrats to Realterm on a strong start to 2025!
ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS acquired 120 S Buckner Blvd in Dallas, TX. This site has a 15,000 sqft building on 10.9AC. The site has 5 drive in doors, a paved yard and easy access to I-35 and I-635. Congrats to Jadian on getting this one done!
