Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Apricus Realty Capital acquired an 11-acre industrial outdoor storage property in Houston through a sale-leaseback transaction with Box Gang Manufacturing, allowing the manufacturer to unlock capital while maintaining long-term operations. The acquisition, completed in a joint venture with ABR Capital, aligns with Apricus' strategy of investing in mission-critical industrial assets in key markets like Texas, Denver, and Kansas City.

ACQUISITION:  Rockbrook Equity is excited to announce the acquisition of 10301 Blue Mound Rd in Fort Worth, TX! This Industrial Outdoor Storage ("IOS") property features a ±5,000 SF building on 3.86 acres and is fully leased to Containerport Group Inc., a leading provider of drayage and logistics services.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquired a 5.71-acre industrial outdoor storage property at 2615 Big Town Blvd in Mesquite, TX, featuring 36,880 square feet of office and warehouse space. The property offers immediate access to I-30 and US-80 and is fully leased to a leading regional HVAC company. Gavin Weaver led the transaction, with assistance from Bo Puckett of JLL.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Avison Young successfully leased an IOS site at 150 Blue Bell Road in Greensboro, NC. The property features an 18-door cross-dock facility and a 5-door truck maintenance facility. Evan Sassaman and John Gainey led the transaction.

614 New County Road in Secaucus

LEASED: Blau & Berg facilitated a lease for a truck repair business at a Secaucus, NJ, maintenance facility with outdoor storage. Located near Route 3, the New Jersey Turnpike, and the Lincoln Tunnel, the property offers prime access to major highways, making it ideal for fleet operations and logistics.

ON THE MARKET
Opportunity in Odessa

AVAILABLE: Matthews Real Estate listed an industrial outdoor storage property in Odessa, TX, featuring 12,400 square feet of buildings on 5.89 acres. Built in 2011-2012, the site includes multiple grade-level doors for easy access and is currently leased to Allegiance Crane & Equipment.
