Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITIONS: Alterra IOS announced the acquisition of 82 Columbia Drive, Pooler, GA. This site features 2.49 usable acres with a 14,400 SF grade-level building. The site is proximate to I-95 and I-16, 5 miles from SAV International Airport, 7 miles from Port of Savannah. Sean Christman led this transaction and Austin Marsh and Stratton Greig of Sands Investment Group assisted! 

NEW DEVELOPMENT: Timber Hill Group has announced the opening of NTP Homestead, a new truck parking facility in South Dade County, developed for National Truck Parking. This state-of-the-art site addresses the growing demand for secure, high-quality industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets in key logistics corridors.

ACQUISITION: Jake Bottcher and the JH Berry industrial team successfully brokered the acquisition of a 15+ acre IOS site in Pinson, Alabama, featuring 40,700 sq ft of facility space. The property was purchased by an investor with plans to lease the space, reflecting the growing demand for IOS assets in the region.

ACQUISITION: Dan Gaffey of Colliers successfully represented the buyer in the $10.75 million acquisition of 13501 Konterra Drive in Laurel, Maryland. The 92,630-square-foot industrial facility includes over 1.5 acres of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and offers strategic access to I-95 within the Baltimore-Washington corridor. This transaction highlights the ongoing demand for functional IOS assets in the Prince George’s County industrial market.

ACQUISITION: Whitney & Company Realty Limited has successfully sold a 34,930 SF multi-tenant industrial building on 4.3 acres at 5 Forwell Road in Kitchener. Strategically located with EMP-2 zoning and near major highways, the site offers valuable outdoor space and strong investment potential.

Recently Leased Properties

LEASED: Frank Orrell and Grant Hyjer have successfully leased 33363 Lewis Street in Union City, CA—an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property featuring an ±8,184 SF building on 1.4 acres of secured concrete yard. The site offers a blend of warehouse and office space, 600 amps of 3-phase power, and three grade-level doors, catering to the growing demand for functional IOS facilities in the East Bay.

LEASED: Swartz Co Commercial Real Estate has successfully leased a 4.17-acre industrial property at 5035 HWY-42 in Ellenwood, GA, featuring approximately 3.5 acres of fenced industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and a 3,000-square-foot warehouse. Congrats to Ryan and Judd Swartzberg for getting this done!
