Acquisitions and Dispositions
ACQUISITION: 2830 Rivers Ave in North Charleston, SC 29405 recently closed! The property features 12,265 SF on approximately 4 acres. The site features an on-site fuel station, truck wash bay, and electronic gate. The site is currently for lease and ideal for fleet/truck service, infrastructure equipment, heavy machinery, commercial vehicle service, and much more. ACQUISITION: Capital Real Estate Commercial announced the closing of 3201 Goforth Road in Kilgore, Texas! The site features 31,200 SF of improvements on 7 acres. There is a long-term lease in-place with Herc Rentals. The Capital Real Estate Commercial team included Blake Deer, Carson Deer, Troup Rolland, and Matt Cooper. Matthew Nadler and Matt Siebert from Horvath & Tremblay helped facilitate this deal.
ACQUISITION: Cushman and Wakefield announced the closing of a specialized heavy manufacturing IOS facility located at 1945 W Broadway Rd in Phoenix, AZ. The Cushman and Wakefield team including Will Groves, Bryce MacDonald, Foster Bundy and Phil Haenel represented the buyer, Capitol Engineering Co, on this transaction. R. Shane E. Doherty, Daphne Wright and the Commonwealth team helped get this one across the finish line.

Recently Leased Properties
LEASED/ACQUIRED: The Colliers team including Chris Reese, Casey Koziol, Payson MacWilliam, and Don MacWilliam represented the tenant in a lease of 4,000 square feet on 4.75 acres at 5251 S. 43rd Ave in Phoenix, AZ. The Colliers team also represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 4.47-acre Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) site at the southeast corner of 55th Ave and Bethany Home in Phoenix, AZ.
LEASED: The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp recently leased 0.8 acres of IOS space with a 1,600-square-foot industrial building to Riverview Companies of New Jersey at 1925 Fourth Street in North Brunswick, New Jersey. Jordan Metz, senior vice president, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of BRC represented the landlord, Omni Group, in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Weichert Realtors.
