Welcome back! Here are the Tuesday Trades everyone will be talking about this Thanksgiving. Today’s edition is all about the deals.

CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Zenith announced the acquisition of two strategically located IOS assets in Washington DC and Tampa. These are the first assets in their second vehicle. Jason Sullivan of Colliers and David Warren of Kassin Sabbagh Realty helped source and close the deals. ACQUISITION: JLL successfully completed the sale of an ABC Supply Facility in Hudson, WI. The site featured 35,417 SF of building on a 7.15 AC lot and was sold with a long-term NNN lease in place. Congratulations to the JLL team, Interstate Development team, and all involved!

ACQUISITION: TruCore Investments acquired a 17,250 SF cross-dock truck terminal and maintenance facility situated on 5.4 AC in Kansas City. The property at 6125 Speaker Road features 31 dock doors, two drive-in bays and a fully fenced concrete yard. There is a short term lease in-place before the site comes available for lease. Congrats Zachary Harris and the TruCore Investments team!

INTERNATIONAL DISPOSITION: JLL sold the National Bus Depot Portfolio in New South Wales, Australia for $76,575,000. The portfolio was comprised of four fully leased assets including approximately 13,000 SQM of building on 8.4 HA of prime industrial land (that’s approximately 140,000 SF on 21 AC). There were four separate buyers in the transaction. Congrats to all involved and to the JLL YardDogs for their execution here.
