CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS acquires portfolio of 7 IOS sites totaling 23 acres. The sites are fully leased to a national leader in telecommunications and broadband networks. Each parcel is strategically located across metropolitan areas in Dallas, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Chicago, Nashville, Cleveland, and St. Louis.

CRE Advising facilitated the acquisition of the portfolio.

ACQUISITION: Newmark Zimmer’s Graham Stark and John Faur, CCIM represented the buyer in the IOS sale of 620 S. 38th Street in Kansas City, KS. This site includes a 21,570sqft service building on 7.06 acres. Great looking site! Congrats to the team!

ACQUISITION: Miramar acquires 7191 Carroll Road, a +/- 3.6-acre IOS facility located in the Central San Diego. The low coverage site features a +/- 6,300 SF state-of-the-art cross-dock facility, with excess paved and secured yard space, located on a main thoroughfare.

Colliers Executive Vice President Evan McDonald, Senior Associate Kurtis Blanchard, and Executive Vice President Mark Lewkowitz brokered the deal on behalf of the Buyer, Miramar Acquistions, LLC, and the Seller, TFI International, resulting in a $14.6 million sale.
