CLOSED TRANSACTIONS
Acquisitions and Dispositions

DEVELOPMENT: Alterra IOS in partnership with ARCO have developed a build-to-suit 21.6-acre, centrally located site in Charleston for tenant Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC. The site features easy access to the Port of Charleston. Great to see build-to-suit development in the IOS space!

DISPOSITION: Bento Property Group sold 6 acres in Colorado. Looks like a great comp for the market in CO!

ACQUISITION: Ridgecut Road closed a 2.5 AC site in Union Township that features a 10,000 SF service facility. It is located near key corridors like I-78 and Route 22 as well as Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark-Elizabeth. The deal arranged by YardDogs at JLL and NAI James E Hanson with financing arranged by Cooper Horowitz, LLC.

LEASED: Congrats to the Alpine Partners team on a 3.4 AC lease in Houston, TX! The site featured a 11,680 SF crane-served shop in an infill location. Way to go YardDogs!
