ACQUISITION: A single-tenant IOS property in Buford, GA just traded, occupied by a regional equipment rental operator. Positioned at the Lake Lanier entrance, the site required rezoning navigation and steady coordination throughout escrow. Congrats to Nick Watson and the Matthews team on getting this across the finish line.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS has added 1700 N 47th Avenue in Minneapolis to its portfolio, marking its 8th acquisition in the metro. The 7.8-acre site includes 18,000 SF of improvements and sits near both I-94 and US-100. Congrats to Parker Pearson and the JLL team for getting this deal done.

LEASED: Swartz Co has completed a lease at 309 Cash Memorial Blvd in Forest Park, securing a 4,800 SF building on a 2.04-acre IOS site.
